You dont need WinterBoard for the WWB ones but if you do decide to delete it you must install Persian 2 Arabic after Removing the Keyboard

By installing this package you will replace the Arabic Keyboard with a Persian Keyboard
After installing this package you need to activate Arabic2PersianKeyboard in WinterBoard and then Activate the Arabic keyboard in the Settings App for the iPhone or iTouch
