Armenian Phonetic Eastern Keyboard
Thanks to Hovak Davtyan(hovaks), he has sent in a new keyboard layout for the Armenian’s used to the Phonetic Eastern Keyboard Layout. Should be in Cydia and Icy Soon.
Installation Notes.
- After Installing go to Settings / iKeyEx / International Keyboard and Activate the Keyboard

Hello. A new text messaging application is coming very soon (June 2011) with Armenian. I thin the name is Babylon TXT. I believe it’s going to be $2.99, but all messaging is free, even internationally… check it out. It is not for other applications, just for texting, which is great. I am waiting for it and hope to see Armenian.

Vahe, If you want to write Armenian on a mac, go to: System Preferences > Language & Text > Input sources, and put the checkmark on the Armenian checkbox.
Oh, forgot to mention, after enabling Armenian keyboard go to the US flag in the menu bar (next to the battery status), and select Armenian (the flag will change to Armenian flag) so that the input source will change to Armenian.
