I have made two new Keyboards QWERTY and QWERTZ
Dependent on iKeyEx: A MobileSubstrate-based keyboard extension framework.
It has some keys added to the layout to make typing faster in landscape mode
Download: Deb QWERTY or QWERTZ (Copy to iPhone and install with dpkg -i) or Download: Via miPhone on cydia

Rhis is much better than the full QWERTY keyboard, which is awkward in landscape because of the tiny keys. The best keyboard is the one used for the address bar in Safari.
